Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

Intimate or sanitary goods

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
