Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store FutureTools, operated by Jakob Karl, Weidenstraße 3, 4111 Walding, Austria.


2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with FutureTools.
By listing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
The contract becomes effective when you complete your order by clicking the “Buy Now” button.


3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

For international customers, prices may be displayed in local currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD) for convenience. Final charges are processed in euros.


4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by third-party suppliers (dropshipping partners).
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination country.
Delays due to international shipping conditions or customs are possible.


5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of FutureTools until full payment has been received.


6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal (return) as outlined in our Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal section.


7. Warranty and Transport Damage

Consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty period of 24 months.
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
If there are visible transport damages or defects, please report them to us as soon as possible by email.


8. Liability

We are fully liable for intentional acts and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.


9. Applicable Law

All legal relationships are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.


10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
